Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for a vernacular agentic artificial intelligence advisory framework tailored for precision agriculture. The framework bridges the digital divide for farmers by providing a voice-first, autonomous advisory system capable of processing low-resource regional dialects (e.g., Bundelkhandi, Bagheli) via a specialized vernacular Automatic Speech Recognition (vASR) engine. Unlike traditional rule-based chatbots, the system employs an agentic orchestrator utilizing a Reasoning-and-Acting (ReAct) paradigm. Upon receiving a vernacular voice query, the orchestrator autonomously triggers dynamic, multi-step data retrieval tasks, interfacing with real-time weather application programming interfaces (APIs), Internet of Things (IoT) soil sensors, and a localized Vector Database via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The synthesized hyper-local advisory is subsequently delivered back to the farmer through a dialect- matched vernacular Text-to-Speech (vTTS) synthesizer, offering highly contextual, multi-variable agronomic intelligence without requiring technical literacy.
