Abstract: ABSTRACT SYSTEM AND DEVICE FOR TISSUE BIOASSAY The present disclosure relates to a biomedical device for conducting tissue bioassay experiments. The disclosed system comprises a structurally configured tissue or organ bath, a physiological salt solution dispensing unit, a precision-controlled drug loading and injection module, a sensing assembly configured to detect physiological responses from isolated tissue preparations, a fluidic management assembly, and an embedded controller. The embedded controller coordinates operation of the sensing assembly, fluid delivery, and drug administration during execution of predefined bioassay methodologies. The apparatus operates as an automated platform for isolated organ and tissue experimentation enabling controlled experimental conditions and acquisition of physiological response signals.
