The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: System and Apparatus for Hardware-Anchored Time-Locked Physiological and Behavioral Measurement This invention describes a multimodal measurement system is disclosed for temporally associating physiological measurements obtained from a body-worn sensing unit with behavioral events derived from video. The sensing unit timestamps physiological samples at capture using a local reference clock and generates a physical anchor event while concurrently recording the anchor occurrence within the physiological data stream. A video capture unit independently records the physical anchor and subject behavior without requiring a shared clock or communication path with the sensing unit. A processing unit establishes temporal correspondence between the sensing-unit and video timelines, compensates for clock divergence, derives behavioral events from the video, and automatically annotates temporally corresponding physiological data segments. Motion information obtained independently from a body-worn inertial sensor and the video is further used to classify physiological sample confidence. Buffered samples retain original capture timestamps during communication interruption. Subject-specific baselines and recovery intervals may additionally be derived from accumulated annotated records.
