Abstract: A wheel-driven compression container system (100) includes a container body (102), an airtight compression compartment configured to contain compressible contents, at least one wheel assembly (104) enabling rolling movement along a support surface, an air- evacuation pump fluidly coupled to the compartment, a transmission assembly mechanically coupling wheel rotation with pump actuation, an engagement mechanism to selectively engage the transmission assembly, and a disengagement mechanism to automatically decouple the pump upon reaching a predetermined compression condition. Engagement causes rolling movement to actuate the pump, progressively evacuating air from the compartment to compress contents. The system (100) includes a monitoring subsystem and a communication module (106) configured to transmit container identification, location, and compression status data to a remote computing platform. The platform processes the data using artificial neural network (ANN)-based models to predict container utilization and regional demand and to generate container redeployment recommendations for supply chain optimization in disaster-relief logistics.
