The universal connecting end (104) comprises a conduit (106) defining a passage in fluid communication with the reservoir (102) for receiving the medicinal fluid therefrom. The conduit (106) comprises a first end (108) proximally located with respect to the reservoir (102) and a second end (110) distally located with respect to the reservoir (102). The conduit (106) has a tapered profile extending between the first end (108) and the second end (110). A bore diameter (D1) at the first end (108) is less than a bore diameter (D2) at the second end (110).
