Abstract: The present invention relates to synthesis and in silico evaluation of coumarin-based silver(I) and copper(II) metal complexes for therapeutic applications. The invention provides a reproducible synthesis process using a coumarin precursor compound (10), resorcinol substrate unit (11), ethyl acetoacetate reagent system (12), acid catalyzed condensation reactor (13), and heterocyclic ligand modules including imidazole ligand module (22), pyrazole ligand module (23), and piperazine ligand module (24). Metal complex formation is achieved using copper salt reagent system (40) and silver salt reagent system (50). The synthesized complexes are purified using filtration and purification assembly (34) and characterized using UV-visible spectroscopic analyzer (60), infrared spectroscopic analyzer (61), nuclear magnetic resonance system (62), gas chromatography mass spectrometer (63), and X-ray diffraction analyzer (64). Computational evaluation using DFT computational processing module (70) and molecular docking platform (80) demonstrates significant binding affinity against Alzheimer’s disease and bacterial infection related proteinu ptarpogrtinets, g s pharmaceutical and therapeutic applicability.
