The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The invention discloses a synergistic nutritional supplement composition comprising mango (Mangifera indica) kernel powder and Moringa oleifera leaf powder in a 65:35 ratio, formulated with functional excipients including maltodextrin, citric acid, natural sweeteners, silicon dioxide, natural flavoring agents, and optionally ascorbic acid. The composition is homogenized and processed into single-use sachets containing 5–10 grams of powder, designed for reconstitution in water or juice. The formulation enhances antioxidant, hepatoprotective, and immunomodulatory benefits, while the excipients improve flowability, dispersibility, palatability, and stability. The invention further provides a method of preparation involving drying, grinding, sieving, blending, excipient incorporation, homogenization, and sachet packaging, supporting reproducibility and scalability. Experimental data confirms improved antioxidant activity, dispersibility, and consumer compliance. The invention enables sustainable utilization of agro-waste mango kernels, clean-label nutraceutical development, and convenient consumer-friendly sachet supplementation.
