Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel synergistic herbal formulation comprising standardized extracts of Moringa oleifera, Ocimum sanctum (Tulsi), and Triticum aestivum (Wheatgrass), developed for its potent antioxidant and antimitotic properties. The formulation is designed to protect against oxidative stress, regulate normal cell division, and promote overall cellular health. Each plant contributes unique bioactive constituents—Moringa provides flavonoids such as quercetin and kaempferol; Tulsi offers phenolic compounds like eugenol and rosmarinic acid; and Wheatgrass contains chlorophyll, vitamins, and enzymatic antioxidants such as superoxide dismutase. Together, they act synergistically to neutralize reactive oxygen species, prevent lipid peroxidation, and maintain redox balance. Toxicological evaluations, including the Isolated Chicken Eye Test, Brine Shrimp Lethality Test, and Allium cepa Mitotic Index Assay, confirmed the formulation’s non-toxic, biocompatible, and safe profile. The product demonstrates superior antioxidant efficacy and controlled antimitotic activity compared to individual extracts. It can be formulated as capsules, powders, tablets, or emulsions for oral use. This invention offers a safe, natural, and commercially viable antioxidant formulation suitable for application in nutraceuticals, functional foods, and therapeutic supplements. It provides a sustainable and scientifically validated solution for oxidative stress management, cellular protection, and long-term health maintenance.
