Abstract: The present invention relates to a synchronised fabrication system for a continuously-fed work piece 101, including a bi-directionally mobile carriage 103 disposed on a bed 102, a rotary circumferential guide 105 traversing a fabrication tool 309 with respect to the work piece to execute a fabrication process, an adjustable stopper block 201 incorporated in the carriage 103, pushed by the continuously-fed work piece to cause the carriage 103 to move in a direction of the work piece 101, a gripper 106 disposed over the carriage 103, stabilizing the rotary circumferential guide 105 with respect to the work piece 101, and a return mechanism 701 integrated with the carriage 103, detecting a completion of a cycle of the fabrication process to cause the gripper 106 to release the work piece 101 and impart a motion to the carriage 103 towards a home position on the bed 102, for the next cycle.
