Abstract: The invention relates to a swivel castor (1) comprising a wheel (4) and a fork (11), wherein the wheel (4) has an outer tread (5) and is rotatable received in the fork (11), the fork (11) having a generally U-form with two U-legs (16) and a U-web (17). For providing a swivel castor and certain parts thereof, the castor being suitable as part of a device to be moved, especially to be moved by a person when pushing the device, it is proposed that the U-legs (16) and the U-web (17) being materially uniform, the fork (11) being a metal part build from a metal strip by punching in view of outer contour (19) and inner contour (18) and further by bending, the U-web (17) being materially uniform with the U-legs (16), wherein the U-web (17) has an area of smaller thickness (d) compared to the thickness (d') of the U-legs (16). The castor may have first and second sealing caps (39, 40).
