MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202431025255 A) filed by Schneider Electric Industries Sas on March 28, 2024, for Switch Board Assembly With A Provision To Plug And Play A Lamp Assembly.
Inventors include Ravi Chandra Hanumanthegowda; Sangilirajesh Rangaraj; Yuvaraj Shankar; Naveen Kumar Munisiddappa; and Sharif Hasanasab Malagi.

Abstract: Embodiments herein provide switch board assembly (1) with a provision to plug and play a lamp assembly (4). The switch board assembly (1) includes a switch base case assembly (2) having a lamp insertion aperture (17), a first flexible snap (14) provided in an ON and OFF direction, and a rigid wall or second and third flexible snaps (15) provided in a transverse direction. The lamp assembly (4) is inserted into the lamp insertion aperture (17) and is detachably assembled inside the switch base case assembly (2) using the first flexible snap (14) and the rigid wall or the second and third flexible snaps (15). The lamp assembly (4) is assembled with the switch base case assembly (2). The indicator lens assembly (7) projects a light indicating an ON and OFF position of the switch board assembly (1) using the assembled lamp assembly (4).
