Inventors include Dr. T. Kalaichelvi; K. Anand Reddy; M. Ramu; and R. Navadeep.

The application for the patent was published on July 10, 2026, under issue no. 28/2026.

Abstract: Abstract Swimming Performance Efficiency Prediction and Adaptive Training Guidance System The present invention discloses a Swimming Performance Efficiency Prediction and Adaptive Training Guidance System for evaluating and optimizing swimmer performance. The system comprises an ESP32-based processing unit, a motion sensing module, an environmental sensing module, a lap detection module, a display module, and a wireless communication interface. Sensor data relating to swimmer motion, orientation, pressure, temperature, and lap activity are acquired and processed through a Sensor Data Fusion Engine. A Swimming Efficiency Index (SEI) is generated to quantify overall swimming effectiveness, while a Stroke Quality Assessment Engine calculates a Stroke Quality Score (SQS) indicative of stroke consistency and movement quality. An Adaptive Training Guidance Engine analyzes the generated performance indicators and provides personalized training recommendations and corrective guidance. The invention enables predictive swimming-performance assessment, technique improvement, fatigue identification, and training optimization in aquatic sports applications.
