Abstract: A swimming assistive device for amputee, comprising a cylindrical shaped wearable member 101 having an proximal and distal end accessed by a disabled user, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 103installed over the member 101 to determine dimensions of the amputated leg, a pair of curved plates 104 installed over the proximal end and integrated with multiple motorized hinge joints 105 to regulate shape of the plates 104, air compressor installed with the member 101 and linked with multiple inflatable pouches 106 configured with the member 101 to inflate the pouches 106 for aiding the user in maintain appropriate buoyancy, multiple electromagnetic springs 201 assembled over the member 101 absorb the impact to prevent the user from any injury, an FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) sensor is assembled over the member 101 to monitor vital health parameters of the user.
