Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is a sustainable structural concrete composition (200) comprising mixed construction and demolition waste aggregates (202) as a recycled aggregate (102) to replace natural aggregates and provide structural load-bearing capacity, rice husk ash (204) as a surface treatment agent (106) to coat the recycled aggregates (202) and enhance interfacial transition zone bonding, a supplementary cementitious material (206) to improve long-term strength and durability, a superplasticizer (208) as a workability-enhancing admixture (108), cement (210) as a binding agent (110) to provide structural integrity, and water (212) as a solvent (112) to initiate hydration and ensure uniform dispersion of all components.
