Abstract: The titled invention discloses a Sustainable Soldering Workbench For Industrial Automation designed to improve energy efficiency, workplace safety, and solder waste management during soldering operations. The system comprises a controller unit (1) connected with a current sensing unit (2), a gas sensing unit (3), a relay module (4), an exhaust fan (5), a boost converter module (6), a solder waste recycling unit (7) io comprising a metal crucible (8) and a heating element (9), a power supply module (10), a soldering iron (11), and an loT cloud monitoring platform (12). The current sensing unit (2) continuously monitors the operating condition of the soldering iron (11) to enable automatic power control through the relay module (4), while the gas sensing unit (3) continuously monitors carbon monoxide concentration and automatically 15 controls the exhaust fan (5). The solder waste recycling unit (7) enables collection, remelting, and reuse of excess solder. The invention provides integrated energy management, air quality monitoring, and solder waste recycling through a single workbench platform for industrial and educational applications.
