Abstract: ABSTRACT SUSTAINABLE SEMI-FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION USING GROUT WITH GROUND WASTE POWDER The present invention relates to a semi-flexible pavement (SFP) system and its method of construction, particularly for use in road and urban infrastructure applications. The invention addresses the technical problem of balancing flexibility and rigidity in pavement systems, combining the advantages of both asphalt and cement concrete pavements while mitigating their respective drawbacks. The solution involves preparing a porous asphalt matrix, infusing it with a specially formulated grout containing a ground waste powder (GWP) additive, and curing to form a durable, high-strength pavement layer. The invention provides enhanced load-bearing capacity, crack resistance, and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for demanding pavement environments. [
