Abstract: ABSTRACT A sustainable roller compacted concrete (RCC) composition incorporating eggshell powder and corn cob ash as partial cement replacement materials is disclosed. The invention relates to zero-slump RCC suitable for pavements, dams, industrial flooring, and infrastructure applications requiring high-density compaction. The composition comprises cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water, eggshell powder, corn cob ash, and optionally Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS). Eggshell powder acts as a calcium-rich supplementary cementitious material, while corn cob ash provides pozzolanic reactivity for secondary hydration product formation. The composition is maintained at a water-cement ratio between 0.30 and 0.35 to achieve roller compaction compatibility without chemical admixtures. The synergistic interaction of the waste-derived materials improves compressive strength, flexural strength, split tensile strength, abrasion resistance, crack resistance, and durability while reducing cement consumption, carbon emissions, and agricultural waste disposal. The invention provides an environmentally sustainable and cost-effective RCC composition compatible with conventional RCC construction practices.
