Abstract: Sustainable geopolymer concrete paver block incorporating recycled polyurethane foam ABSTRACT This study proposes a sustainable method for creating geopolymer concrete paver blocks by using waste polyurethane rigid foam (PUF) to replace fine aggregate partially. Sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate are combined to activate fly ash and rice husk ash, which are employed as binder materials. The solution-to-binder ratio is fixed at 0.62. Standard paver moulds are used to cast the paver blocks after the concrete is compacted using table vibration without the use of water. Compressive strength tests are conducted after 24 hours of heat curing. Mix designs for 15%, 30%, 45%, and 60% PUF substitution are produced and tested. According to the findings, replacing up to 60% of PUF provides good strength retention and enhanced sustainability.
