Abstract: A sustainable fertilizer production system, comprises of housing 101,sorting conveyor 102 operatively coupled with AI-based camera 103 to detect, classify, and segregate biodegradable materials into storage chambers 104, mixing blade 105 to break down and mix biodegradable materials, container 106 having motorized agitators to convert mixed materials into homogeneous slurry and facilitate mixing during fermentation, sensing unit to monitor composition, pH levels, temperature, internal pressure, oxygen concentration within the container 106 and methane gas generated during fermentation, a management unit comprising an water supply unit 109 to maintain optimal slurry consistency, one Peltier unit 110 container 106 to maintain desired temperature conditions, pH balancing unit 111 fluidly to adjust pH levels, oxygen regulation unit 112 to regulate supply of oxygen into the container 106 ,compact iris lid 113 to release excess gas when internal pressure exceeds predefined threshold, gas management arrangement 114 to regulate methane gas generated during fermentation.
