The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.

Abstract: The present system discloses an Eggshell Powder Reinforced Sustainable Concrete Manufacturing Method (EPRSCM Method) for producing eco-friendly concrete through partial replacement of cement with processed eggshell powder. Waste eggshells are subjected to a Bio-Calcium Recovery and Purification Technique (BCRPT), followed by a Controlled Thermal Sterilization Technique (CTST) and Micro-Fine Eggshell Particle Optimization Technique (MEPOT) to obtain high-purity micronized calcium-rich powder. The processed powder is incorporated into concrete using a Calcium-Rich Cement Substitution Technique (CRCST) at replacement levels ranging from 5–20% by weight of cement. A Hydration Enhancement and Nucleation Technique (HENT) accelerates cement hydration and promotes C-S-H gel formation, while a Microstructure Densification Technique (MDT) improves particle packing and reduces porosity. The resulting concrete exhibits enhanced mechanical strength, improved durability, reduced cement consumption, and lower carbon emissions. The invention provides a sustainable waste-to-wealth solution for green construction and infrastructure applications.
