Abstract: Sustainable Brick Manufacturing Device Using Plastic Waste and Advanced Processing Techniques This invention describes a modular device for manufacturing sustainable bricks by recycling plastic waste into durable, low-water-absorption construction materials. The system integrates a multi-stage process encompassing plastic shredding, thermal processing, hydraulic molding, and automated quality control. Plastic waste is shredded into uniform granules, melted in a controlled thermal processing chamber, and blended with supplementary materials such as sand, cement, or fly ash. The resulting mixture is compressed into bricks of varying shapes and sizes using a hydraulic molding system, ensuring uniform density and structural integrity. A cooling and solidification unit rapidly stabilizes the bricks, while an automated control system monitors and adjusts process parameters to maintain consistent quality. Energy-efficient heating and waste heat recovery minimize environmental impact, aligning the device with global sustainability standards. This invention provides an eco-friendly, scalable solution to plastic waste management and the production of innovative, green construction materials.
