Abstract: A suspension device comprises inner and outer tubes (140, 5 120), a cartridge (150) disposed in the outer tube (120), a piston rod (130) secured within the inner tube (140), a first piston (160) coupled to an end (134) of the piston rod (130) and disposed within the cartridge (150), and a fork cap (170). The fork cap (170) comprises a second piston (172) forming a third chamber (C3) in the fork cap (170), and a needle (174). The first 10 piston (160) comprises an oil flow passage (F) between a first chamber (C1) and a second chamber (C2) of the cartridge (150). When a fluid is received in a third chamber (C3) of the fork cap (170), the second piston (172) and the needle (174) move, and the needle (174) restricts the oil flow passage (F) to limit oil flow between the first chamber (C1) and the second chamber (C2). 15 FIG. 3
