MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621096125 A) filed by Blueway Horizon Private Limited on August 08, 2026, for Suspended Instrumentation Assembly With Structural Load Isolation And Integrated Recovery Interface For A Re-Entry Module.

Inventors include Nandan Kumar Jha; Pranjit Sharma; and Bhanu Pant.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: A payload structure for a recoverable atmospheric re-entry capsule comprises an outer aeroshell, formed from a nose cone, frustum, top ring and topmost lid, configured to carry substantially all ground-impact and aerodynamic loading. An inner instrumentation stack, carrying a printed circuit board and associated electronics, is suspended within the outer aeroshell on threaded rods such that the stack is not directly fastened to the shell, whereby shock loading at the shell is attenuated before reaching the electronics. A shared flange plate at the upper end of the stack carries both a parachute riser attachment and the upper termination of the suspension rods, combining recovery and isolation loading into a single interface. Fastener nut pockets within the foam core are sized to approximately twice the nut dimension for blind-side tool access, and sensor ports are located on a true-position pattern independent of internal electronics layout.
