MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621090504 A) filed by Marwadi University on July 24, 2026, for Surveillance System For Managing Aerial Vehicles.
Inventors include Parth Parmar; Jainam Khandhar; and Dhruvi Topiya.
The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: A surveillance system for managing aerial vehicles, comprises a multi sensor input layer 101 to receive surveillance and telemetry data, an onboard real-time intent exchange agent 102 to generate and broadcast digitally signed trajectory intent messages, an edge fusion node 103 to perform sub-second sensor fusion, track validation, anomaly detection, and tactical conflict detection, a predictive conflict detection and trajectory optimization engine 104 to forecast short-term trajectory intersections and compute optimized resolution advisories, a hybrid onboard edge negotiation protocol to permit autonomous deconfliction between nearby aircraft or unmanned aerial vehicles, a secure streaming communication module 105 to transmit authenticated telemetry and negotiation messages, a digital twin engine 107 to maintain updated virtual model of monitored airspace, a unified control interface 108 to present ranked resolution advisories to air traffic controllers, and a multi-path communication layer 109 to support resilient data transmission across terrestrial, cellular, satellite, or secure military communication links.
