The tactile sensor array (2) transduces localized compressive footfall forces into electrical signals upon patient stepping 10 contact. A continuous waterproof skin layer (7) hermetically encapsulates the structural layers against fluid ingress and chemical sanitization solutions. An insulated power port (5) supplies operational electrical power to an internal control circuit and battery. The apparatus incorporates a peripheral blink indicator (3) and an audible outlet (6) for instantaneous localized optical and acoustic warning alerts. An integrated 15 loT interface (4) transmits encrypted, time-stamped digital alert packets wirelessly to remote caregiver monitoring consoles.
