Abstract: The present invention relates to a surgical tissue clip application set (2) for an endoscope or an endoscope comprising a tissue clip (4) for stapling tissue together, a cap (6) mountable on a distal end portion of the endoscope, in particular attachable thereto or formed by a distal end portion of the endoscope and on the radial outer circumferential surface (10) of which the tissue clip (4) is supported radially, and a pull-off ring (8) which is arranged axially displaceably on the cap (6) and by the axial displacement of which the tissue clip (4) can be displaced in the distal direction, wherein the cap (6) and the pull-off ring (8) can be or are connected to each other in a rotationally secured manner.
