Abstract: The titled invention discloses surgical scissors and knives friction cleaning machine with integral germicide liquid spray to the easily and efficiently clean the surgical scissors and knives. This machine comprise of an outer protective enclosure (1) enclosing the operational components. A platform (2) is placed on the front end of the machine configured to receive and support surgical scissors and knives placed by healthcare workers during the cleaning cycle. A germicide liquid storage tank (3) and a water storage tank (4) are provided on the top of the enclosure to supply cleaning fluids through a liquid spray nozzles array (5) , positioned to directly supply pressurized streams of water and germicidal liquid onto the machine. A drive motor (6) coupled to a gear box (7) delivers controlled rotational torque to a pair of contra-rotating rollers (8), each fitted with an abrasive cloth belt (9) to grip and scrub both sides simultaneously. A waste water outlet (10) is located at the lower portion of the enclosure (1), and a centralized control panel (11) manages the operational parameters including fluid delivery speed, roller rotation, and spray duration.
