A control knob (106) is provided for each augment member, extending through the alignment block (102), and engaging with the threaded face (304). Rotating the control knob (106) enables vertical movement of the augment member (202) within the respective perforation. A position lock (308) extends through the locking slot (108) and engages with a position-defining depression of the plurality of position-defining depressions (306) to secure each augment member at predetermined positions, ensuring controlled height adjustments during surgical procedures.
