MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617035638 A) filed by Garcia Argelles, Jesus Angel on March 24, 2026, for Suction-Impelling Device For Sludge And/Or Effluents In A Continuous Cycle.

Inventor includes Garcia Argelles, Jesus Angel.

The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sludge transfer device in a continuous work cycle consisting of a tank (1) having a filling or suction circuit (A) and another emptying or impelling circuit (D). A vacuum pump (4) creates a depression in the tank, through the duct (V) that suctions the product from the outside. When the sludge reaches a specific level, the valves of the impelling circuit (V1, V2 and V3) open simultaneously and the pumping group is actuated, initiating the emptying of the tank at the same time that the tank is filled. When the emptying reaches a specific level, the valves are closed and the pumping group is stopped until the specific filling level is reached again and the simultaneous emptying cycle and filling cycle are initiated again in an uninterrupted manner.
