The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: A subzero additive manufacturing system for high-fidelity deposition of thermally-sensitive viscous materials to form three-dimensional object is provided. The system 100 includes machine chamber 102, cooling assembly 103 comprising refrigeration unit 104 and subzero temperature control unit 106, extruder 108, drive assembly 110, pneumatic regulation assembly 112, microcontroller 124, and user interface 126. During operation, the microcontroller 124 receives user-defined subzero temperature setpoint and pressure setpoint, controls the cooling assembly 103 to maintain the machine chamber 102 at the user-defined subzero temperature setpoint, regulates pressurized air through the pneumatic regulation assembly 112, and generates movement instructions for the drive assembly 110. The drive assembly 110 positions the extruder 108 along a predefined deposition path while the pneumatic regulation assembly 112 actuates the extruder 108 to deposit the thermally sensitive viscous material layer-by-layer, thereby maintaining predetermined rheological characteristics and producing three-dimensional objects with enhanced structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.
