Abstract: The present invention relates to novel substituted imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine derivatives of Formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts, stereoisomers, and tautomers thereof. The disclosed compounds comprise substituted aryl or heteroaryl groups at the 6-position and amino substituents at the 8-position of the imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine core. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the disclosed compounds together with pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, diluents, or excipients. The invention additionally provides processes for preparing the compounds using nucleophilic substitution and palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions. Representative compounds include amino-piperidinyl and piperazinyl substituted imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine derivatives bearing halogenated phenyl and trifluoromethyl substituents. The disclosed compounds provide a structurally diverse class of heterocyclic molecules suitable for pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry applications.
