The fish capturing device comprises of a base frame(101), and a fish capturing attachment(103) is attached to the base frame(101) through a motorized hinge(110). The base frame(101) can orient the fish capturing attachment(103) through the motorized hinge(110). The device can navigate itself near to fishes through use of multiple cameras and propellers mounted on the base of device.
