Abstract: The Student Performance Prediction System is an intelligent web-based application designed to analyze, evaluate, and predict the academic perfatinance of students using machine learning techniques. In today's educationa' environment, understanding student performance and identifying areas for improvement is essential for both educators and learners, and this system provides a data-driven approach to achieve that goal. It utilizes various input parameters such as study hours, attendance percentage, previous academic records, and assignment completion status, which are considered key indicators of student success. These inputs are processed using data preprocessing techniques like cleaning, normalization, and feature selection to ensure accuracy and reliability. The system employs machine learning algorithms such as Linear Regression to identify patterns in the data and generate predictions in the form of expected marks or grades. The application is developed using Python, with Flask serving as the backend framework to handle data processing and mode: integration, while the frontend is built using HTML and CSS to provide a simple and user- friendly interface. Users can easily input student details through the web interface, and the system instantly processes the data and displays the prediction results
