Abstract: A storage based food quality monitoring device, comprises of a cylindrical body 101 developed to accommodate multiple eatables, an extendable L-shaped rod 102 configured with a suction cup 103 provided at bottom portion for securing body 101 on surface, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 embodied in body 101 to detect the accommodation, a flap 105 arranged on body 101 via a motorized hinge joint for closing flap 105 over body 101, a sensing module integrated in body 101 for analyzing spoilage indicators, nutrient levels and oxygen levels in stored food items, an electronically controlled nozzle 106 installed in body 101 for releasing spoil gas diffusor stored in a vessel 107 configured with nozzle 106 to mitigate spoilage of slightly spoiling food items at predetermined intervals.
