Abstract: A stone remover device for tire comprises of a circular plate 101 having a telescopic rod 102 attached on the plate 101 by means of a ball and socket joint for enabling a user to acquire a grip onto the plate 101, a telescopic gripper 103 mounted underneath the plate 101 for gripping and removing lodged stone in tread of a tire, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 , installed on the plate 101 to determine gravel, an ultrasonic transducer emits ultrasonic waves for vibrating and loosening of lodged stones, an electromagnet 105 disposed on the plate 101 for removal of metallic debris lodged in the tread, an inductive proximity sensor embedded on the plate 101 detects metallic debris in the tread, an L-shaped telescopic link 106 installed on the plate 101 via a hinge having a pointed hook 107 for a removal of stone lodged deeply in the tread.
