Abstract: TITLE OF INVENTION:- STEAM TRAP AND CONDENSATE MONITORING DEVICE ABSTRACT: A steam trap and condensate monitoring device (100) is disclosed, comprising a trap body, a main body, and an online flow monitoring section arranged in fluid communication. The trap body includes an inlet leading to a strainer chamber with a strainer screen for removing solid impurities, and a blow down valve for debris discharge. The main body houses a float mechanism operatively coupled to a trap interval assembly to regulate condensate discharge, enclosed within dual protective layers secured by bolted connections. An SLR unit with body sections is connected to at least one protective layer and interfaces with a steam lock release arrangement for enhanced control. The monitoring section includes a viewing glass and a condensate valve mounted in a stress-relieved housing with self-cleaning capability. The device ensures efficient condensate discharge through an outlet after integrated filtration, regulation, and monitoring.
