Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a stator flux verification tester comprising a support fixture for receiving a motor stator in a fixed test position, a sensor holder extending around a bore region of the motor stator, and a magnetic sensor array carried by the sensor holder with each magnetic sensor positioned to face a corresponding coil. A switching matrix is connected to phase terminals of the motor stator and applies a test current through selected terminal combinations. A current sensing unit verifies flow of the test current. An operator interface receives stator model and identification inputs. A controller retrieves polarity references and magnitude limits, actuates the switching matrix, obtains current verification, acquires sensor outputs after current flow is confirmed, compares polarity and magnitude of sensor outputs with references and limits, and generates a coil-specific winding quality result.
