The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a Statistical Burnout Detection and Employee Wellness Monitoring System for the early identification and continuous monitoring of employee burnout using statistical analysis of organizational data. The system acquires work for cerelated information from multiple organizational sources, including attendance records, workload allocation, overtime duration, task completion history, leave utilization, productivity indicators, employee engagement, communication patterns, and performance metrics. The collected data undergoes validation, normalization, and statistical preprocessing before being analyzed to establish individualized employee behavioral baselines. The invention applies statistical techniques, including descriptive analysis, trend analysis, variability measurement, correlation analysis, anomaly detection, and composite statistical scoring, to identify significant deviations associated with burnout risk. A Burnout Risk Index (BR!) and an Employee Wellness Score (EWS) are computed to objectively classify employee wellness levels and predict potential burnout conditions. The system further generates automated early warning alerts, analytical dashboards, trend reports, and evidencebased intervention recommendations to assist human resource professionals in proactive decision-making. Unlike conventional burnout assessment methods that rely primarily on subjective questionnaires, manual evaluations, or wearable monitoring devices, the proposed invention utilizes objective workplace operational data and statistically interpretable models to provide continuous, scalable, and privacy-conscious employee wellness monitoring. The invention enhances organizational productivity, employee well-being, workforce retention, and sustainable human resource management through timely detection of burnout risks and proactive organizational interventions.
