Abstract: This invention presents novel, standardized High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) testing procedures for the detection and quantification of essential vitamins and minerals in tablet dosage forms. The method facilitates the accurate estimation of Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin H (Biotin), Selenium Dioxide, Copper Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, and Zinc Oxide using optimized chromatographic conditions. The HPLC-based assays utilize specific mobile phases, columns, and detection wavelengths tailored for each vitamin, ensuring precise and reproducible results. The analytical procedures for Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and Vitamin D3 employ methanol-based mobile phases, while Vitamin B12 and Biotin assays utilize phosphate buffer systems. Additionally, wet chemical titration methods are employed for the determination of Copper Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, and Zinc Oxide. This novel methodology ensures compliance with pharmacopeial standards and enhances the accuracy and reliability of quality control testing in pharmaceutical formulations. The validated approach offers a robust, efficient, and reproducible means of determining active ingredients in complex tablet matrices, supporting regulatory requirements and quality assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
