MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617069116 A) filed by L'Oreal on June 02, 2026, for Stable Composition With Excellent Texture Comprising A Mixture Of A Wax, An Ester, An Amino Acid Surfactant And Either A Gemini Surfactant Or A Polyglyceryl Fatty Acid Ester.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a1) at least one gemini surfactant or (a2) at least two polyglyceryl fatty acid esters; (b) at least one jojoba ester wax; (c) at least one C12-C24 fatty acid ester of a C2-C24 polyol; and (d) at least one carboxylic or carboxylate anionic surfactant chosen from amino acids modified with at least one C8-C30 hydrocarbon-based chain and salts thereof, wherein at least one of the (a2) at least two polyglyceryl fatty acid esters has at least two hydroxyl groups in the polyglyceryl moiety thereof. The composition according to the present invention is stable and can provide an excellent texture of both a less sticky feeling and a rich feel.
