MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641113479 A) filed by Anurag University on September 22, 2026, for Stability-Indicating Rp-Hplc Method For Estimation Of Tovorafenib In Bulk Drug And Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms.

Inventors include Dr. Dodda Sireesha; and Dr. Vemuluri Padmabhushana.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention provides a stability-indicating RP-HPLC system (100) for estimation of Tovorafenib in bulk drug and pharmaceutical dosage forms. A sample preparation module (101) prepares standard and pharmaceutical sample solutions, while a mobile phase module (102) provides ammonium phosphate buffer and methanol in a 40:60 v/v ratio. A solvent delivery module (103) delivers the mobile phase at 1.2 mL/min and a sample injection module (104) introduces 10 µL of sample into an Allsep Anion chromatographic column (105). A temperature control module (106) maintains 30°C and a UV detection module (107) detects Tovorafenib at 276 nm. A data processing module (108) determines chromatographic response and validation parameters, while a degradation evaluation module (109) evaluates forced degradation. The method provides approximately 2.88 minutes retention time, 10–60 µg/mL linearity, 98–102% recovery, below 2% RSD, 0.41 µg/mL LOD and 1.25 µg/mL LOQ, and separates Tovorafenib from degradation-related peaks The figure associated with abstract is Fig. 1.
