The application for the patent was published on June 05, 2026, under issue no. 23/2026.

Abstract: There is provided a method for monitoring of one or more process parameters of a chemical process to convert one or more input substances to one or more output substances at different solvent ratios, comprising (a) providing a plurality of input streams, each comprising a solvent or solvent mixture and one or more input substances for the chemical process, wherein at least two of the input streams comprise a distinct solvent or solvent mixture; (b) delivering one or more of the input streams to a flow reactor; (c) varying the ratio of solvents within the flow reactor by changing relative flow rates of the input streams to the flow reactor; and (d) monitoring one or more process parameters at different solvent ratios. There is provided a system for carrying out the method. There is also provided a method of training a machine learning model to predict one or more process parameters of the chemical process, and a method of designing and performing the chemical process.
