The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte membrane and an all-solid-state battery comprising same. More specifically, the solid electrolyte membrane comprises a first solid electrolyte layer and a second solid electrolyte layer, which are stacked adjacent to each other, the first solid electrolyte layer containing a first solid electrolyte and a first fibrous binder, the second solid electrolyte layer containing a second solid electrolyte and a second fibrous binder, wherein the content of the first fibrous binder contained in the first solid electrolyte layer is smaller than the content of the second fibrous binder contained in the second solid electrolyte layer. The weight of the first fibrous binder contained in the first solid electrolyte layer is smaller than the weight of the second fibrous binder contained in the second solid electrolyte layer, so that the solid electrolyte membrane can exhibit enhanced strength without a deterioration in the ionic conductivity.
