Abstract: A solenoid coiling assistive device comprises of a post 101 having a base 102 equipped with a plurality of suction cups 103 for stabilizing the post 101 on a ground surface, a microphone 104 integrated in the post 101 for enabling a user to provide input voice commands, a platform 105 for allowing the user to position the conductor wire to be coiled, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 106 to determine length and alignment of the wire, an arc shaped flap 107 to extend/retract for positioning the flap 107 over misaligned length of the wire, a robotic arm to engage over a spool 110 of a motorized roller 111 installed on the platform 105, a dielectric sensor for detecting insulation breakdown of insulation layer of the conductor, an electromagnet 113 installed at edges of the spool 110 to allow the robotic arm to engage the ends over the spool 110.
