MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611071318 A) filed by Neelam Ruhil on June 09, 2026, for Soldier First: Intelligent Blister, Injury And Fatigue Prediction System For Military Soldier Shoes.

Inventors include Dr. Neelam Ruhil; Dr. Shalini Arora; and Dr. Rajesh Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: SoldierFirst is an Artificial Intelligence system for analysing foot Blisters, Injury and Fatigue integrated within military soldiers’ shoes. Temperature, humidity and planter pressure sensors provide data to blister prediction algorithm( BPA) that check how moisture and dampness in the air affect that fuse .Thermal and sustained high-pressure area time period over a rolling time period to predict blister formation at least 30 minutes before symptom arises. A Fatigue Load Score algorithm measures soldier fatigue from march unevenness, heel-strike decline, mid-foot load migration, and tone changeability. A Combined Foot Injury Risk Index fuses BPA, FLS, mission time, topography, and injury profile, collected as a four-level command tree. As soon as threshold value breaks, a MEMS micro-ventilation subsystem will activate automatically. A BLE mesh combines FIRI scores for commander situational awareness and prior precautions. Key Words- BPA, FLS, FIRI, Micro ventilation, BLE mesh
