Abstract: SOLAR-POWERED MOBILE-CONTROLLED ROVER FOR AUTOMATED COTTON PICKING ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a solar-powered mobile-controlled rover for automated cotton picking, comprising a solar panel (101), battery (103), buck converter (104), ESP32 microcontroller (105), mobile communication device (106), colour sensor (107), motor driver (108), DC gear motors (109a, 109b), winder motor (110), cotton picking mechanism (111), relay module (112), vacuum motor (113), and vacuum collection chamber (114). The solar panel (101) supplies electrical energy for charging the battery (103), while the buck converter (104) provides regulated voltage to the ESP32 microcontroller (105). The ESP32 microcontroller (105) receives wireless commands from the mobile communication device (106) and controls rover movement through the motor driver (108) and DC gear motors (109a, 109b). The colour sensor (107) detects cotton, upon which the ESP32 microcontroller (105) actuates the relay module (112) to operate the vacuum motor (113), thereby collecting cotton into the vacuum collection chamber (114). The invention provides an integrated, low-power and eco-friendly automated cotton harvesting arrangement. Figure-1
