Abstract: 8. ABSTRACT SOLAR-POWERED AIR PURIFICATION AND IOT MONITORING SYSTEM The present invention relates to a solar-powered air purification and IoT monitoring system for rural and off-grid environments. The system comprises a solar panel (101), solar charge controller (102), rechargeable battery (103), inverter (104), BLDC exhaust fan (105), and a filtration chamber (106) having a perforated pre-filter (106a), H13 HEPA filter (106b) and activated carbon filter (106c). A PCB- integrated sensor unit (107) comprises an MQ-135 gas sensor (107a) and DHT11 sensor (107b) coupled to an ESP32 microcontroller (108) for real-time air-quality processing. A fan driver (109) controls airflow according to the detected air-quality condition. An OLED display (110) provides local indication and a buzzer (111) generates threshold-based alerts. The ESP32 (108) communicates through Wi-Fi (112) with an IoT cloud platform (113) for remote monitoring through a user dashboard (114). The system enables renewable-energy-powered, energy-efficient, multi-stage air purification with real-time sensing and remote monitoring. Figure-1
