Abstract: ABSTRACT SOLAR POWER BANK The present invention relates to a smart solar power bank system and method using recovered solar e-waste. The system comprises a recovered solar panel (1), solar charge controller (2), rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack (3), Battery Management System (BMS) (4), DC-DC boost converter (5), digital voltage and current monitoring module (6), USB output port (7), ON/OFF switch (8), and portable enclosure (9). The recovered solar panel (1) supplies electrical energy through the solar charge controller (2) to the protected battery pack (3). The BMS (4) provides cell-voltage monitoring, overcharge and over- discharge protection and cell balancing. Stored energy is supplied through the DC-DC boost converter (5) to generate a substantially regulated 5 V output at the USB port (7). The monitoring module (6) provides real-time voltage and current information. The invention thereby enables useful reuse of discarded photovoltaic panels for portable energy storage and regulated USB charging while supporting sustainable solar e-waste utilization.
