Advantageously, the present invention provides a reliable and continuous drying solution preferably for agricultural products/produce like turmeric and ginger free of any need of grid electricity and thus leveraging renewal energy sources. The present dryer not only enhances product quality and reduces economic losses but also promotes green and sustainable agricultural practice in the Northeastern hilly region.
