Abstract: An SOH prediction device according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document may comprise: a battery pack; an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) data acquisition unit that acquires EIS data of the battery pack; a feature point identification unit that identifies a plurality of feature points on the basis of the EIS data; an angle parameter calculation unit that calculates an angle parameter related to an impedance of the battery pack on the basis of impedances related to the plurality of feature points; and an SOH prediction unit that predicts an SOH corresponding to the calculated angle parameter on the basis of relationship data between a temperature at which the EIS data was acquired, the angle parameter, and the SOH of the battery pack.
